    • The money-back guarantee is applicable to all clients who have purchased recruitment services from Weshine Technologies Pte Ltd.
    • The guarantee is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Clients who wish to request a refund under the money-back guarantee must submit a written request to support@weshine.com within the 30-day period.
    • The request must include the client's name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the reasons for dissatisfaction with our service.
  3. Evaluation:
    • Upon receiving a refund request, our team will promptly review the client's concerns and evaluate the provided information.
    • We may request additional details or clarification from the client if necessary to fully understand the issues raised.
  4. Refund Decision:
    • After a thorough review, if we determine that the client's dissatisfaction is valid and cannot be adequately addressed, we will initiate the refund process.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the decision being made.
  5. Conditions:
    • The money-back guarantee applies only to the recruitment fee paid to Weshine Technologies Pte Ltd and does not cover any additional expenses incurred by the client.
    • Clients who have received a refund under the money-back guarantee will no longer be eligible for any services or benefits provided by Weshine Technologies Pte Ltd.
