Previously, I worked as an E-Commerce Analyst at dentsu indonesia, where I was part of a dedicated team for collaborating with Nestle Indonesia on their online retail business. I collected and analyzed online sales data from various platforms, such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and Google Shopping. I also handled, monitored, and optimized Nestle brands across different categories, such as food and beverages, nutrition, and pet care. I used my skills in CRM, Ms Power BI, Looker, and social media strategy to support the online retail performance and generate insights and recommendation of Nestle's business. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems. I value teamwork, creativity, and innovation, and I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to any organization.
