Currently, I serve as a Software Engineering Manager at Rey.id, a health startup focusing on wellness related products, insurance, and claim management. At Rey.id, I manage multiple engineering teams and am responsible for designing, developing, ensuring quality, and delivering initiatives for the platform. I collaborate with product stakeholders and other teams to define requirements and align responsibilities. Additionally, I prioritize the development roadmap and bug fixes, while also mentoring and developing my direct reports to enhance impact and foster teamwork.
