Experience as a Technician: As a technician, I have been involved in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV devices, computers and internet networks. I have expertise in overcoming technical challenges, both hardware and software related. With thoroughness and strong technical knowledge, I have succeeded in improving system operational efficiency and ensuring performance reliability. Experience as a Salesman: In the next stage of my career, I doubled as a salesman where I have been responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and achieving set sales targets. My strong presentation skills and deep understanding of the product or service have enabled me to meet customer needs and create sustainable business relationships. Experience as PIC: In my most recent role as Person In Charge, I had the responsibility to coordinate various operational aspects and ensure smooth sales.
