I am a Marketing Management graduate with 2 years of experience in the insurance industry. My role involves fostering communication and negotiation with customers to achieve mutual agreement and business sustainability. Through this, I honed my relationship-building and customer satisfaction prioritization skills which I believe is useful in the digital marketing field. Realizing the power of digital marketing, I joined a digital marketing program in RevoU, improving my skills in copywriting, A/B testing, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms (Meta Ads and Google Ads). During the learning process, I successfully launched a campaign on Google Ads and generated a conversion rate above benchmark (5,7%) within 5 days of the campaign. My skills and experience allow me to execute optimal projects, by implementing strong decision-making and attention to detail abilities effectively to meet market demands.
