I have worked as an Assistant Sales Manager in supervising sales of electric motors, pumps, and spare parts to the shipping industry. I have been ensuring quotations are in line with the requested engineering drawings and technical specifications. and also recommending compatible equipment and spare parts to customers in case of non-availability or economical factors. I have been communicating with key account customers to close deals and secure new orders as well as contacting new customers and introducing products in addition to resolving issues with customers on orders and delivery I have also worked as an Assistant Manager at a BPO call center in Jakarta where I was managing the daily running of the call center and applying strategies for the provision of seamless customer services to Gojek (ride-hailing, delivery and payment multi-service platform) users whilst ensuring KPIs are met according to the service level agreements in addition to sending daily reports and weekly and monthly briefings with the client. I have an International English Language Certification IELTS with a score of 7.5 and EF SET Certification (78/100). I have a Master's Degree (S2) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and I can speak English fluently in addition to Indonesian, Malaysian, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi languages. Previously, I have also worked as a Supervisor at a call center performing Inbound/Outbound calls, data entry, administration, and liaising with technicians on spare parts and repairing for Samsung, LG, TCL, Hisense, and Liebherr home appliances service centers in Australia.
