I have worked as an Assistant Sales Manager in supervising sales of electric motors, pumps, and spare parts to the shipping industry. I have been ensuring quotations are in line with the requested engineering drawings and technical specifications. and also recommending compatible equipment and spare parts to customers in case of non-availability or economical factors. I have a Master's Degree (S2) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and I can speak English fluently in addition to Indonesian, Malaysian, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi languages. Previously, I have also worked as a Supervisor at a call center performing Inbound/Outbound calls, data entry, administration, and liaising with technicians on spare parts and repairing for Samsung, LG, TCL, Hisense, and Liebherr home appliances service centers in Australia.
