Stephanie Alodia

I am Stephanie Alodia and I have done my pharmacy bachelor's degree and my apothecary profession degree at the University of Indonesia. Currently, I'm working on my master's degree at PPM School Of Management. I am very interested in exercising my skills and developing my knowledge, so I can contribute to the growth of the pharmaceutical company in Indonesia. I am a hardworking person, so I can work under pressure with quality. I am a willing person, and that's why I love the process of learning new things. My self management-skills are good, so I can manage and finish all my work before or on time. In the pharmaceutical field, I have experienced such an internship in PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution, PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi, and Roxy Pharmacy. I possess good communication to talk to patients regarding their prescriptions and an excellent ability to dispense drugs regarding patients’ prescriptions. I know reporting data on the purchase and sale of narcotics and psychotropic drugs to BPOM. I can analyze and solve problems related to the product's cycle time and have knowledge about the flow of production on an industrial scale. In the quality field, I have knowledge and experience related to implementing GMP and quality systems in the pharmaceutical industry. In the marketing field, I have experience for joined organizations and committees, where I had the opportunity to become a head and staff of the Fundraising Division. I have the experience to be a leader in achieving targets and also voicing creative ideas to do marketing sales.
